theCry.studio sees itself as an open space for sound, poetry, image and movement. The project connects music, texts, photography, video and experimental design into thematic spaces and artistic destinations.
Anyone who finds their own work reflected in this environment can become part of the project. Contributions are welcome if they create an atmosphere, suggest a story, condense a place or open an inner space of their own.
- Music pieces, instrumental or with voice
- Poetic texts, fragments and word-based works
- Image series, photographs or individual motifs
- Video works with a musical, poetic or atmospheric connection
- Experimental combinations of sound, language, image and movement
- AI-assisted designs, provided they are used consciously as an artistic medium
What matters is not genre, style or technical perfection. More important is the connection to a thematic space and the question of whether a contribution can develop its own effect within the world of theCry.studio.
Submitted works are assigned to one or more destinations, spaces or thematic areas and embedded in the artistic context of the project. A contribution may stand on its own or become part of a larger combination of music, text, image and movement.
theCry.studio curates the submitted works and decides on publication, arrangement and placement within the respective thematic spaces. A submission does not create any entitlement to publication.
The rights to submitted works remain with the respective authors and creators. Publication on theCry.studio takes place only on the basis of corresponding consent. Edits, combinations or extended uses will be agreed separately where they go beyond the mere presentation within the project.
By submitting their works, contributors confirm that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted materials and that publication on theCry.studio does not infringe any third-party rights. This applies in particular to copyrights, neighbouring rights, trademark rights, personal rights, rights of publicity, and rights relating to depicted persons, texts, music, images, videos or any other materials used.
Responsibility for the legal admissibility of submitted works lies with the respective contributors. If third parties assert claims against theCry.studio in connection with a submitted work, the contributors shall indemnify and hold theCry.studio harmless from such claims, insofar as they result from an unlawful submission or a submission for which the necessary rights or permissions were not sufficiently obtained. This also includes reasonable costs of any necessary legal defence.
Works for which rights, sources or permissions are unclear should be clarified before submission. theCry.studio reserves the right not to publish contributions or to remove already published content if legal doubts arise or corresponding notices are received.
